Abstract

This study aims to explore WHD ART's marketing communication strategy in attracting customer interest in the fashion sector as an effort to increase product and service sales at WHD ART. The method used is descriptive qualitative, which focuses on describing the research object based on facts found in the field. The data presented includes secondary data and primary data obtained through interviews, observations, and related documentation. Data analysis in this study was carried out using a qualitative data analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that the role of services in supporting business growth at WHD ART by maintaining the quality of the materials used according to consumer desires. The role of price in supporting business growth at WHD ART in the quality of its services and target market. The role of place in increasing service sales at WHD ART Bekasi is choosing a strategic and affordable location. Conclusion WHD ART uses direct interaction and social media, especially Instagram, as the main way to promote and communicate with consumers and potential consumers.
