Abstract
Organizational change requires employee readiness to ensure an effective transformation process. Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi is currently transforming into Muhammadiyah University of Indonesia, requiring employees to adapt to organizational changes. This study aimed to examine the relationship and influence of perceived organizational support and psychological capital on readiness for change. This quantitative correlational study involved 86 employees selected through stratified proportional sampling. Data were collected using the Readiness for Change Questionnaire (RFCQ; α = 0.912), Perceived Organizational Support Scale (α = 0.954), and Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ; α = 0.930). Data were analyzed using Spearman Rank correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed significant positive relationships between perceived organizational support and readiness for change (r = 0.493; p = 0.000), and between psychological capital and readiness for change (r = 0.656; p = 0.000). Both variables simultaneously had a significant effect on readiness for change (R² = 0.640; F = 73.909; p = 0.000). These findings indicate that higher perceived organizational support and psychological capital are associated with higher readiness for change among employees.
