Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence between Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Turnover Intention at PT Riken Indonesia. The population in this study is employees of PT Riken Indonesia with a research sample of 104 respondents. The research method used in the study is a quantitative method. The data used is primary data with a data search technique, namely the distribution of questionnaires directly to the PT Riken Indonesia Office and providing questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique in this study is by using the purposive sampling technique, which is random sampling according to the criteria of the required respondents. The data was processed using a structural equation (SEM) model using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The results showed that Organizational Commitment had a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention with a parameter coefficient of -0.479 (p-value = 0.000). Likewise, Organizational Culture has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention with a parameter coefficient of -0.433 (p-value = 0.000). Turnover Intention can be explained by Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture of 70.1% (R-Square).
