Abstract

This study is a quantitative research involving 80 employees of PT. A.W. Faber-Castell. The sampling technique used in this research is Simple Random Sampling. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and psychological scales. The psychological scales used in this study include Servant Leadership, Empowerment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Data collection was conducted using modified Likert-scale instruments for Servant Leadership, Empowerment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Based on the results of Spearman's rank correlation analysis, it was found that there is a significant relationship between Servant Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, a significant relationship between Empowerment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and a significant joint influence of Servant Leadership and Empowerment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Servant Leadership and Empowerment contribute 53% to the influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, while the remaining 47% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
