Abstract

Events have become a very popular part of the marketing programs of many companies, because companies see them as excellent promotional opportunities. The reason for this research is because music events are one of the entertainment industries that continues to grow. Therefore, research on music event management can make a significant contribution to the music and entertainment industry. The method used by researchers uses a qualitative approach using a type of descriptive method that raises the issue of managing music events. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Saturday Night Party in managing music events in Bekasi uses the management strategy initiated by Gold Blatt, namely 5 strategies in managing events, namely researching, planning, designing, coordinating, and evaluations.
