Abstract

Psychological well-being is an important thing for employees in their company where they are faced with various pressures when doing their work. This research investigates the influence of resilience and self-compassion on the psychological well-being of PT employees. Gramedia Asri Media Harapan Indah branch. The research uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The population in this research used a study population of 56 PT employees. Gramedia Asri Media Harapan Indah branch. Data collection methods use interviews and psychological scales. The research instruments used were the Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale (ralpha = 0.918), The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) (ralpha= 0.887), and the self-compassion scale (SCS) (ralpha= 0.817). Data analysis uses UI correlation and multiple regression. The correlation test results show that there is a relationship between resilience and psychological well-being (r= 0.631, p<0.000), there is a relationship between self-compassion and psychological well-being (r= 0.676, p<0.000). Resilience and self-compassion contributed 53.8% to psychological well-being (R2 = 0.538; F(2,53) = 30.826, P<0.000). This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of resilience and self-compassion in improving employee psychological well-being.
