Abstract
ABSTRACT Abdul Rafli Andreansyah (41183402190085) The Influence of Quality of Work Life and Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction at PT Surya Jaya Plastik. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Work Life Balance, Job Satisfaction. xiv + 141 pages + 18 tables + 3 figures + 18 appendices The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Quality of Work Life and Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction at PT Surya Jaya Plastik. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The data used are obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to permanent employees of PT Surya Jaya Plastik. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the Slovin method. Data processing uses the IBM SPSS Version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the value of β1 = 0.346 which is significant at t-value 2.455 and sig 0.015. Likewise, the work life balance variable has β2 = 0.159 which is significant at t-value 2.149 and sig 0.034. The results of hypothesis testing through multiple regression analysis obtained the result that quality of work life and work life balance have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as evidenced by the value of F-test = 80.537 and the significant value of 0.000 and from the value of adjusted R square coefficient = 0.899 it is known that quality of work life and work life balance have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Surya Jaya Plastik with a value of 0.900 or 90%, the remaining 10% (100% - 90%) is influenced by other variables or factors not examined in this study such as leadership and compensation.
