Abstract

The utilization of Instagram social media is not only as entertainment media, selling media and branding media but can also be used for campaign media. campaigns that are found on Instagram are a form of concern with others in disseminating information, knowledge, ideas, awareness, containers and ideas. This study aims to determine the health campaign management process carried out by the Lupus Indonesia Foundation through Instagram social media. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive study approach and uses the Ostergaard campaign management model, the research data was obtained from interviews with the founder of the Lupus Indonesia Foundation, the social media division, and Instagram followers. The results obtained are that the Lupus Indonesia Foundation runs the campaign model proposed by Ostergaard, namely pre-campaign identifying problems in the field with research conducting research both online and offline. The campaign management stage can target all groups of people, but ideally 15 to 50 years old. Finally, the evaluation stage is carried out by discussing through the WhastApp group by providing input to each other.
