Abstract

This research is motivated by the low problem-solving ability of students in mathematics subjects and the need for varied learning models to increase student creativity in solving mathematical problems. This study aims to illustrate the extent of the application of the Creative Problem Solving learning model in improving the mathematical problem-solving ability of elementary school students. The data source used in this study is an article published in a scientific journal through the google scholar search portal related to the application of the Creative Problem Solving model to the ability to solve mathematical problems in elementary schools. This research method uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research. This research was carried out by collecting scientific articles based on inclusion criteria, so that 10 scientific articles were obtained for analysis. The 10 scientific articles consist of 7 Experimental Research, 1 Classroom Action Research, and 2 Literature Research. From all these scientific articles, the results of his research stated that the Creative Problem Solving learning model is effectively used to improve the ability to solve mathematical problems in elementary schools.
