Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas atas di sekolah dasar. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh guru yang masih menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional yang dimana pembelajaran hanya berpusat pada guru sedangkan siswa tidak banyak dilibatkan. Pada konsidi demikian model pembelajaran Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic (VAK) dapat menjadi solusi, karna model VAK mampu melibatkan ketiga gaya belajar yang dimiliki siswa yaitu melihat, mendengar, dan bergerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan model pembelajaran Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic (VAK) terhadap hasil belajar IPA di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu peninjauan Sistematis atau Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisis hasil-hasil penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan secara nasional yang berkaitan dengan penggunaa model VAK terhadap hasil belajar IPA di SD. Sampel analisis adalah 13 buah jurnal yang telah diterbitkan pada rentang tahun 2014-2022. 4 jurnal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), 5 jurnal quasy experiment, 3 jurnal experimen, dan 1 jurnal penelitian deskriptif analitik. jurnal tersebut membahas model VAK terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Berdasarkan hasil temuan analisis model pembelajaran VAK memberikan pengaruh yang positif. Pada setiap artikel yang telah dianalisis terdapat perbedaan hasil pada model pembelajaran VAK tetapi secara keseluruhan peneitian ini menunjukan kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran VAK memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap hasil belajar IPA di SD. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran VAK, Hasil Belajar, IPA, Sekolah Dasar. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low science learning outcomes of upper class students in elementary schools. This is caused by teachers who still use conventional learning models where learning is only centered on the teacher while students are not much involved. In such conditions the Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic (VAK) learning model can be a solution, because the VAK model is able to involve the three learning styles of students, namely seeing, hearing, and moving. This study aims to examine the application of the Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic (VAK) learning model to science learning outcomes in elementary schools. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing research results that have been published nationally related to the use of the VAK model on science learning outcomes in elementary schools. The sample of analysis is 13 journals that have been published in the period 2014-2022. 4 Classroom Action Research (CAR) journals, 5 quasi experiment journals, 3 experimental journals, and 1 analytical descriptive research journal. the journal discusses the VAK model on science learning outcomes. Based on the findings, the analysis of the VAK learning model has a positive effect. In each article that has been analyzed there are differences in the results of the VAK learning model but overall this research shows the conclusion that the VAK learning model has a major influence on science learning outcomes in elementary school.
