Abstract
The research design used in this research is quantitative with 75 research subject employees at PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur. retrieval using random sampling technique. Tbk (Bogasari Flour Mills) data collection method using preliminary interviews and questionnaires. The research instrument used was a Likert scale. The instrument reliability test used the Cronbach alpha formula to produce a transformational leadership scale value of ralpha = 0.731. For Cronbach's alpha value, the empowering leadership scale produces a ralpha value = 0.818. For Cronbach's alpha value on the employee creativity scale, it produces a ralpha value = 0.725. In research data analysis using multiple linear regression The results of the transformational leadership variable test with employee creativity obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.161 p = 0.873 (> 0.05), which means that there is no significant effect between transformational leadership on employee creativity. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient is 4.711 with p = 0.000 (<0.05) which means that there is a significant positive effect between empowering leadership and employee creativity. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.385 which means that transformational leadership and empowering leadership have a 38.5% effect on employee creativity, while 61.5% are influenced by other factors not examined by researchers
