Islamic University 45 Bekasi Communication Science Study Program Faculty of Communication, Letters and Languages 2022 Muhamad Ragil Triono/41182037180064 Thesis entitled "The Influence of Teacher Communication on Student Learning Motivation" under the guidance of Mrs. Siti Khadijah, M.Sc. 68 thesis pages, 14 roman pages, 11 table lists, 13 figure lists, 11 chart lists and 9 attachment sheets Education is an aspect that provides something new and never-before-obtained knowledge to an individual. So that the individual has new skills as an effort to advance himself and his surroundings. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the influence of teacher communication on students' learning motivation in SMA Perguruan Rakyat 2 Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher communication on student learning motivation in SMA Perguruan Rakyat 2 Jakarta. Variable X is the effect of teacher communication and variable Y. The results of the research based on the table above show that the simple linear regression equation which obtains the regression value of the X variable teacher communication gets a positive value (b/constant) of 0.338, meaning that teacher communication can affect student learning motivation in a positive way. positive because the value of Sig. 0.000 > 0.05. Then based on the results that appear in the table above the value of the coefficient of determination that is generated is 0.516 if converted to a percent, which is 51.5%, which means that teacher communication is able to influence learning motivation at a rather low level.
