Abstract
ABSTRACT Reliska Winka Issafila. 41182911180103. Utilization of Kahoot Media in Increasing Student Learning Motivation in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at Alam Tunas Mulia Bekasi School. Islamic education study program “45” Bekasi. 2022.This study aims to determine the use of Kahoot media in increasing student motivation in Islamic religious education subjects at the Tunas Mulia Alam School Bekasi. This research is motivated by learning strategies that are not used properly in the learning process and the learning methods delivered are less varied, thus making students passive. As a result of all that, students become more saturated in following the learning process. This research was conducted through analysis techniques from the data obtained during the activity. The method that the researcher uses in this research is a type of naturalistic phenomenology, which is to identify human experience about a certain phenomenon naturally. The results of the research obtained are that the use of Kahoot media in increasing student learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects at the Tunas Mulia Alam School Bekasi is useful for carrying out post-pandemic learning activities. However, these ongoing learning activities can increase students' learning motivation due to varied learning activities, adequate infrastructure, and the enthusiasm of students in the learning process. The inhibiting factors in the process are constraints in the limited time allocation in using Kahoot media, incomplete free facilities provided, uncertain internet network. The solution is to maximize the use of limited time. The teacher provides another alternative when the internet connection is not connected by facilitating it through a hotspot and the teacher applies the Kahoot media in groups if there are some students who cannot follow the lesson. Having a high enthusiasm for learning is the impact of kahoot media for learning. Kahoot media has a good impact according to its use.
