Abstract

his research examines the relationship between resilience, work-life balance, and subjective well-being among teachers at SMKS Ar-Raisiyah Husada. The study aims to describe the variables, the relationships between the variables, and to test the influence of resilience and work-life balance on subjective well-being. Using a quantitative method, interviews, and psychological scales, the study involved 30 teachers from SMKS Ar-Raisiyah Husada. The research used population study. The subjective well-being scale was developed by the author with a reliability coefficient (r) of 0.891, the resilience scale by Baidun (2018) with r = 0.870, and the work-life balance scale by Gunawan (2019) with r = 0.870. Data analysis techniques included descriptive techniques, hypothesis testing, Spearman’s rank correlation, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed a significant positive relationship between resilience and subjective well-being (r = 0.622, p = 0.000) and no relationship between work-life balance and subjective well-being (r = 0.255, p = 0.174). The influence of resilience and work-life balance on subjective well- being was 57,8% (R2 = 0.578; F = 18.459, p < 0.000), with 42,2% influenced by other variables.
