Abstract

"Public Relations Communication Strategy in Increasing Customer Trust in Meikarta" Below is the guidance of Mrs. Winda Primasari, S.Hum, M.Si The Meikarta Apartment is one of the apartments in South Cikarang. This is the background for the author to research the extent of PR communication strategies in increasing customer trust in Meikarta by providing information using services. The method used is a qualitative method. With this research, the results show that to influence customer trust by providing information so that each resident feels satisfied and comfortable in holding activities. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are Meikarta Apartment Public Relations using Kriyantono's theory which applies the Press Agentry/Publicity Model, Public Information Model, Two-Way Asymmetric Model, and Two-Way Symmetric Model
