Abstract

ABSTRACT Withdrawal Behavior is an individual's action to distance themselves when they begin to experience physical or mental discomfort in their workplace. Withdrawal behavior involves a series of actions used by employees as an effort to move away from their job or avoid tasks. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work-family conflict and job fatigue on withdrawal behavior in teachers. The results of the reliability test for the work-family conflict scale using the Work-Family Conflict Scale produced a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.672. The reliability test for the job fatigue scale using the Fatigue Assessment Scale produced a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.647. Meanwhile, the reliability test for the withdrawal behavior scale using the Withdrawal Behavior Scale resulted in a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.785. The linear regression test results indicate a positive relationship between work-family conflict and job fatigue with an impact on withdrawal behavior. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 0.609, and it yields an F-value of 36.585. Keywoards : work family concflict, work fatigue, withdrawal behaviour ABSTRAK Withdrawal behaviour adalah tindakan seseorang untuk menjauhkan diri ketika mereka mulai merasakan ketidaknyamanan fisik atau mental di tempat kerja mereka. Withdrawal behaviour melibatkan serangkaian tindakan yang digunakan oleh karyawan sebagai upaya untuk menjauh dari pekerjaan atau menghindari tugas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga serta kelelahan kerja terhadap perilaku penarikan diri pada guru. Hasil uji reliabilitas skala konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga menggunakan work family conflict scale menghasilkan nilai Cronbach alpha sebesar 0,672. Hasil uji reliabilitas skala kelelahan kerja menggunakan fatigue assessment scale menghasilkan nilai Cronbach alpha sebesar 0,647. Sementara itu, hasil uji reliabiltas skala withdrawal behaviour menggunakan withdrawal behaviour scale menghasilkan nilai Cronbach alpha sebesar 0,785. Hasil uji regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga serta kelelahan kerja terhadap withdrawal behaviour.
