Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) Determine the condition of internal factors and external factors found in PT Amanah Bersama Agro Bekasi City. (2) Knowing the position of PT Amanah Bersama Agro Bekasi City in the IE matrix. (3) Knowing the marketing strategy that can be applied to PT Amanah Bersama Agro Bekasi City. The research method used in this research is the case study method. The data analysis used is the analysis of the IFE and EFE matrices, the IE Matrix, and the SWOT matrix. The results showed that based on PT Amanah Bersama Agro IFE and EFE matrices, the strongest was maintenance without cost after purchase. Weaknesses include the unavailability of land for forage. The big opportunity for PT Amanah Bersama Agro is the increase in market demand ahead of Eid al-Adha and good relations with business partners. Threats to PT Amanah Bersama Agro include the existence of similar business competition. The results of the IE matrix analysis show that PT Amanah Bersama Agro is in cell 1, namely the position of growth and development. The most relevant alternative strategy used is promotion and marketing expansion. Keywords: Sacrificial Cattle, Marketing Strategy, IFE, EFE, SWOT
