Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leader member exchange and workplace spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Tungya Mighty Freight Forwarding. This research is a quantitative study involving 93 employees of PT. Tungya Perkasa Freight Forwarding. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and psychological scales. Based on the results of the study, it shows that leader member exchange for employees is at number 51 people included in the medium category, while spirituality at work for employees is at number 60 people is included in the medium category, and organizational citizenship behavior for employees is at number 48 people entered in medium category. This research was conducted to examine the effect of leader member exchange and workplace spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the first study showed that there was a significant influence between leader member exchange and organizational citizenship behavior of r = 0.566 r < 0.05 and the results of the second study showed that there was a significant influence between spirituality in the workplace on organizational citizenship behavior of r = 0.289r<0.05. The coefficient of determination R2 (R Square) shows that the effect of leader member exchange and workplace spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior is 36%, while the remaining 64% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
