Abstract
Currently, the presence of social networks as a medium to communicate with the wider community has changed the conventional marketing system. With a lower cost, many people start using social networks as a medium to promote their business. One of them is the band Peron Satoe. Several social networks provide services that allow users to disseminate information to the public in the form of photos and videos, one of which is Instagram. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of using Instagram as a promotional medium for the Peron Satoe band in building brand awareness. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that Peron satoe does not maximize its promotion on Instagram. Through this research, you can find out in full about how to build Brand awareness through Instagram such as Information Dissemination, Creating Awareness, Research Objectives, Creating Perceptions, Product Experiments, Improving Services, and Increasing Distribution.
