Abstract
Elfira Dwi Anggraini (41183402210030) The Influence of Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Metal Castindo Industritama (MCI). xiv + 150 pages + 26 tables + 2 figures + 1 diagram + 32 appendices + 2026 Keywords: Organizational Culture, Compensation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Metal Castindo Industritama. The population in this study was all 389 employees at PT Metal Castindo Industritama. The sampling technique used was probability sampling using proportional stratified random sampling. The sample size was 197 respondents. The research method used was descriptive quantitative. The data used in this study includes primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to respondents working at PT Metal Castindo Industritama through an online platform, while secondary data was obtained from various sources such as books and journals. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 27. The results show that the Organizational Culture variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a t-test value of 3.213 and a sig. 0.002. The Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect, with a t-test value of 2.923 and a sig. 0.004. Furthermore, the Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a t-test value of 7.291 and a sig. 0.000. Bibliography: 76 (2013 – 2025).
