Abstract

his study aims to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and social support with decision-making among students who are actively involved in student activity units. This research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design. The participants consisted of 196 students actively involved in student activity units at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. Data were collected using self-efficacy, social support, and decision-making scales. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, Spearman Rank correlation tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results indicated that there was no significant relationship between self-efficacy and decision-making ( r = 0.139 ; p > 0.05 ) and no significant relationship between social support and decision-making ( r = - 0.096 ; p > 0.05 ) Furthermore, the results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed and social support simultaneously had no significant effect on students' decision-making fF = 2.262 p > 0.05 ) with a coefficient of determination (R) of 0.026. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that self-efficacy and social support do not have a significant relationship or influence on students decision-making. These results suggest that students' decision-making is influenced by other factors beyond the variables examined in this study. Keywords: self-efficacy; social support; decision-making: students
