Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership on Employee Satisfaction through Employee Commitment as a mediating variable at Manimonki Animation Studio. The population in this study consists of all employees, excluding the management, with the sampling technique using probability sampling. The research sample includes 45 respondents. This study employs a quantitative research method. The data used is primary data, collected through direct distribution of questionnaires by visiting Manimonki Animation Studio. The data is processed using Path Analysis with the assistance of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 26. The research results show that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Commitment, with a t-value of 6.618 > 2.018 (t-table) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Employee Commitment also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Satisfaction, with a t-value of 3.235 > 2.018 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. Furthermore, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Satisfaction, with a t-value of 4.045 > 2.018 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Employee Commitment is able to mediate the influence of Leadership on Employee Satisfaction, as indicated by a t-statistic value of 2.521 > 2.108 and a p-value of 0.01167191 < 0.05.
