Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) find out the relationship between interpersonal intelligence and student PAI learning outcomes, (2) to find out the relationship between learning discipline and student PAI learning outcomes (3) to find out how much the relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning discipline with student PAI learning outcomes. The bound variables are the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), while the free variables are interpersonal intelligence and learning discipline. This research was carried out at an elementary school in South Tambun District, Bekasi Regency. The method used is a survey with a sample of clusters. The research sample was 341 students consisting of class VI students at SDN in Tambun Selatan District, Bekasi Regency. The results of this study are correlation coefficients ( rx1y ) = 0.239 and (Fchange) = 20.565, have a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. So it means that H0 is rejected and the coefficient of determination of interpersonal intelligence relationships with learning outcomes is 5.7%. Learning discipline with learning outcomes shows the Summary model on the correlation coefficient (rx2y) = 0.284 and Fhit (Fchange) = 29.709, with p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 meaning that H0 is rejected and the determation coefficient of the relationship of learning discipline with learning outcomes is 8.1% , while the relationship of interpersonal intelligence and discipline learning together with the learning outcomes of the double correlation coefficient (R y.12) = 0.306, and Fhit (Fchange) = 17.460, as well as the p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 or H0 rejected and the determation coefficient of 9.4%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning discipline with the learning outcomes of PAI subjects.
