Abstract
This research aims to explain the influence of employee relations and organizational culture on the performance of PT Yasa Berkah Mandiri employees. The sample in this study was 60 employees of PT Yasa Berkah Mandiri. This research uses quantitative methods. data obtained from observations and questionnaires. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The results of this research indicate that employee relations and organizational culture variables have a significant effect on performance. This is proven by the t-calculated value for the employee relations variable of 2.254 > 2.002 (t-table) with a sig level. 0.028 < 0.05, and the t-calculated value for the organizational culture variable is 5.345 > 2.002 (t-table) with a sig level. 0.000 < 0.05.
