Abstract
This research aims to determine strategies for dealing with technological disruption to Human Resources (SDI). Technological changes are now increasingly sophisticated so that all aspects of life can be accessed only via smartphone and can be done anywhere and at any time. This has an impact in the form of technological disruption. Sharia banking is one of the sectors affected, several sharia banks are affected by this, such as a reduction in employees and even the replacement of humans by machines or robots. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation from three informants at the BTN Syariah Bekasi. This location was chosen because of its relevance to the research focus. This research shows that technological changes have a significant impact on the development of BTN Syariah Bekasi. Previously transactions were carried out manually, but now the service can be accessed online. These changes cause disruption, including a reduction in front office employees due to automation, but also have a positive impact in the form of increased revenue, which can improve technology and employee well-being. To face technological changes, BTN Syariah Bekasi implements strategies in the form of increasing employee understanding of technology through training, strengthening service skills, and providing autonomy in career development. This bank also regularly holds education and training programs to ensure employees are ready to face the challenges of continuously developing technology.
