Abstract
This study discusses the relationship between service quality and price that affect consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Bekasi Mustikajaya. The sample used was 100 people using purposive sampling technique, data collection by conducting observations, and distributing questionnaires. Data were processed using Statistic Product and Service Solution 25.0 (SPSS 25.0). The results showed that there was a significant effect of Service Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Bekasi Mustikajaya.
