Abstract

The aims of the research are to find out, 1. The relationship between Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge and the Ability to Design Learning in the Era of Society 5.0, 2. To find out the relationship between Adaptation Skills and the Ability to Design Learning in the Era of Society 5.0, and 3. To find out the relationship between Knowledge of Technological Pedagogical Content and Adaptation Skills with the Ability to Design Learning in the Era of Society 5.0. The research method uses quantitative methods with correlational techniques. The research population was ASN teachers at SMAN 5, 16, and 21 Bekasi City, totaling 100 people. The research sample was 75 taken using the Slovin formula and random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using simple correlation tests, multiple regression tests, Determinant Coefficient tests, T tests, and F tests. The results of the research are: 1. There is a significant relationship between Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge and the Ability to Design Learning in the Age of Society 5.0 in SMAN teachers in Bekasi City, 2. There is a significant relationship between Adaptation Skills and the Ability to Design Learning in the Society 5.0 Era among high school teachers in Bekasi City. 3. There is a relationship between Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge and adaptation skills together with the Ability to Design Learning in the Society 5.0 Era among high school teachers in Bekasi City.
