Abstract
Ratna Junia Sari, 41182911190062 "THE INFLUENCE OF THE PERSONAL CHARACTER OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION TEACHERS ON STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION AT THE BEKASI INFORMATICS BUSINESS VOCATIONAL SCHOOL". Thesis. Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religious Education, Islamic University 45 Bekasi. The purpose of this research is to determine the personal character of Islamic Religious Education teachers on student learning motivation at the Bekasi Binis Informatics Vocational School. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents by observing and distributing questionnaires. The results of the research show that factors influencing the character of Islamic Religious Education teachers have a positive effect on students' learning motivation, a teacher has a direct, cumulative influence on the lives and learning habits of students. Students will absorb behavioral attitudes and quote the teacher's questions. Friendly and loving PAI teachers will create a conducive climate and provide a positive aura for students' personal development, making them feel safe, comfortable and happy to learn in class. From the results of the statistical calculations carried out by the researchers, the calculated t test results were obtained from the t table, namely 8.379 > 1.68288 with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.719. In the R2 test, it is: 0.634, which means that the teacher's personal character variable on student learning motivation is 63.4%, while the remaining 36,6% is influenced by other variabel. The PAI teacher character variable on student learning motivation, in other words, H1 is accepted, that the hypothesis which states that there is an influence of the PAI teacher's personal character on student learning motivation at the Bekasi Information Business Vocational School is proven to be accepted.
