NIM : 41189903220014 EFFORTS OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION TEACHER WORKING GROUP IN INCREASING THE PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION TEACHERS (KKG-PAI) THROUGH THE IN HOUSE TRAINING PROGRAM AT GUGUS 3 PRIMARY SCHOOL, CILEUNGSI DISTRICT, BOGOR REGENCY Thesis. Bekasi: Master of Islamic Religious Education Graduate School Islamic University 45 This research aims to examine the efforts of the PAI Teacher Working Group (KKG) in improving the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers through the In House Tarining program at SD Gugus 3, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency. The focus of this research is on the efforts of the PAI KKG at Gugus 3 Elementary School, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency, the Pedagogical Competence of PAI Teachers at Gugus 3 Elementary School, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency and to see whether there is an increase in the PAI teachers' pedagogical competence after in-house training was carried out by the PAI KKG at Gugus 3 Elementary School. Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency. The aim of the research is to understand the extent of the efforts of the PAI Teacher Working Group (KKG) in providing training and provision through the In House Training program to PAI Teachers so that there is an increase in pedagogical competence. In this context, the In House Training Program is defined as the PAI KKG's efforts to foster positive relationships, understand individual needs, and provide support that encourages teachers' professional and personal growth. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with PAI KKG administrators and PAI teachers, as well as direct observation in the school environment. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive research approach to provide a detailed and systematic picture. A descriptive approach is used to describe the characteristics, patterns and relationships between related variables in the research context. The research results show that the PAI KKG's efforts in providing the In House Training program have a significant impact on PAI Teachers' pedagogical competence. PAI KKG's efforts to improve SD Gugus 3, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency, include discussing learning problems, compiling learning tools, strengthening materials, teacher creativity in determining learning strategies, improving teacher quality and mastering student characteristics. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to an understanding of the importance of PAI KKG efforts through In House Training in improving PAI Teachers' pedagogical competence, especially in the context of providing inspiration and motivation to teachers. It is hoped that these findings can provide guidance for stakeholders in the education sector to improve the quality of teaching and the welfare of teaching staff.
