Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline and work communication on employee performance at the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). The research method used by the author is associative, this research was carried out at the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) as many as 91 people. Data analysis uses multiple regression with the statistical production and service solution (SPSS) program. The results of the research conducted showed a significant simultaneous (together) influence between the independent variables (work environment, work discipline and communication) on the dependent variable (employee performance). This is proven by obtaining a calculated F value of 51.238 with a significant number of 0.000 or smaller than 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between the work environment, work discipline and communication on employee performance at the National Disaster Management Agency ( BNPB). If viewed partially, the results show that work environment variables have a positive effect on employee performance. This is proven by the calculated t for the work environment variable of 2.858 with a significance figure of 0.005 or smaller than 0.5, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance. The work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the calculated t value of the work discipline variable of 3.696 with a significant number of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Work communication variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the calculated t value of the communication variable of 2.076 with a significant number of 0.041 which is smaller than 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between communication on employee performance.
