Abstract
The urgency in this study is that the subject has a lack of balance between his work and personal life. This study aims to determine the relationship between flexible work arrangements and psychological well-being to work-life balance. This study uses quantitative methods with employee subjects. The data collection method used interviews and psychological. The quality of the scale uses validity test, and reliability test. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis techniques, normality and linearity assumption testing techniques, hypothesis testing techniques using Spearman's Rho Rank correlation test, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the correlation test showed a strong and significant positive relationship between flexible work arrangements and work-life balance with a value of r = 0.606, p = 0.000 (<0.05). Furthermore, there is a low and significant positive relationship between psychological well-being and work-life balance with a value of r = 0.271, p = 0.000 (<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression tests show a significant influence between flexible work arrangements and psychological well-being on work-life balance with a value of (F = 50.377; p < 0.000). The coefficient of determination R2 is 0.502. This shows that the variables of flexible work arrangements and psychological well-being contribute 50.2% influence and the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other variables.
