Abstract

Arsindo Pump Integration. Some employees say that too much workload causes employees to experience work stress and a poor work environment causes employees to experience stress, thereby causing employee performance to decline. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of workload, work stress and work environment on employee performance. Researchers use quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using literature study, observation, questionnaires. The results of this research are that the workload variable (X1) has a significant and influential effect on the performance of PT Arsindo Integra Pompa employees, the work stress variable (X2) has no and significant influence on the performance of PT Arsindointegra Pompa employees, the work environment variable (X3) has a significant and significant influence on performance. employees of PT Arsindo Integration Pompa.
