Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of sexual harassment awareness social campaigns through the film "Dear Nathan: Thank You Salma". Through a qualitative approach, data is collected through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that this social campaign has significant effectiveness in increasing public awareness of cases of sexual harassment that can occur anywhere. The film "Dear Nathan: Thank You Salma" was chosen as a media campaign because it is able to convey messages that are considered taboo by many people. In this research, the film contains an implied message about sexual harassment, and through this campaign it is hoped that it can raise awareness and inform the public about the importance of overcoming sexual harassment. This research contributes to efforts to increase public awareness and understanding of the issue of sexual harassment and the importance of safeguarding women's rights so as not to receive indecent treatment.
