Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion, access to capital, online food delivery services on the financial performance of culinary MSMEs in Bekasi City. The method used in research is quantitative research method. The population in this study is Culinary MSMEs in Bekasi City. The sampling technique used in this study uses purposive sampling and accidental methods, namely sampling techniques based on certain considerations or criteria and sampling by looking at existing opportunities. This primary data collection technique uses questionnaires given to MSME in bekasi city. The results showed that financial literacy variables did not have a significant influence on the financial performance of culinary MSMEs in Bekasi City. Financial inclusion variables do not have a significant influence on the financial performance of Culinary MSMEs in Bekasi City, financial capital access variables do not have a significant influence on the financial performance of Culinary MSMEs in Bekasi City. And the financial online food delivery service variable has a significant influence on the financial performance of Culinary MSMEs in Bekasi City.
