Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of job satisfaction and work environment on turnover intention among employees of PT Duta Sahaja Indonesia, Bekasi Branch. The population in this study consists of employees of PT Duta Sahaja Indonesia, Bekasi Branch. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data were obtained from questionnaires and sampling of 58 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis calculated using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions 25 (SPSS 25) program. Based on the questionnaire responses processed using SPSS, the multiple regression results obtained are as follows: 41.150 - 0.208 X1 - 0.316 X2, where the regression coefficient of job satisfaction (β1) is -0.208, indicating that job satisfaction (X1) has a negative influence on turnover intention. The regression coefficient of work environment (β2) is -0.316, indicating that the work environment (X2) has a negative influence on turnover intention.
