Abstract

This study examines the "Strategy of the Bekasi Regency Tourism Office in developing (HR) tourism actors at the Kawung Tilu Bojong Rangkas tourist destination, Cipayung Village, East Cikarang District". This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive analysis approach with primary and secondary data sources and acquisition techniques the data were conducted using an interview guideline instrument.
