Muhamad Rizky Sunandar (41183402190199) The Influence of Work Environment and Career Development on Employee Retention at PT. Ninja Xpress xiii + 82 Pages + 16 Tables + 2 Figures + 12 Appendices Keywords: Work Environment, Career Development, Employee Retention This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of the work environment and career development variables on employee retention at PT. Ninja Xpress. The sample consisted of 90 employees using a saturated sampling technique. This research employed primary quantitative data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive effect on employee retention, with a t-value of 2.525 > 1.662 (t-table) and a significance value of 0.013 < 0.05. Career development also has a positive effect on employee retention, with a t-value of 4.813 > 1.662 (t-table) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The proposed regression model is considered fit (F-value = 21.728; Sig < 0.05), where 72.7% of employee retention at PT. Ninja Xpress is influenced by work environment and career development variables, while the remaining 27.3% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.
