Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of market orientation, innovation, entrepreneurial orientation on the competitive advantage of coffee shops (case study: East Cikarang and South Tambun Districts, Bekasi Regency). This study used a population of 53 coffee shops in East Cikarang and South Tambun Districts, Bekasi Regency, with the characteristics of getting easy permits and with the largest number of coffee shops in the District of Bekasi Regency with a research sample of 32 coffee shops. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The data used is secondary and primary data. Secondary data is data obtained from library sources. Primary data is data collected through interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study is by using purposive sampling technique, namely random sampling determined by certain criteria. The data is processed using SmartPLS Version 4.0.
