Warung Dana is a company that operates in the field of financial services. Warung Dana provides cash loans by pledging securities. The latest survey conducted by an HR solutions provider company called TINYpulse in 2022, found that only 30% of employees throughout the world were happy in their jobs. Thus it can be identified that 70% of employees throughout the world are not prosperous in their work. Feelings of shame, anxiety and disappointment are signs of a lack of employee subjective well-being, because if an employee's subjective well-being is high, positive feelings of happiness are more dominant. This research aims to determine the influence of psychological capital and social support on subjective well-being. This research is quantitative research with a correlational statistical approach. This research uses census study techniques because the entire population of 52 is the research subject. The data collection method used is a psychological scale. The scales in this research are PCQ 24 (Psychological Capital Questionnaire), and The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) on subjective well-being. Based on the results of the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha, it produces an r alpha value = 0.954 after being tested for the psychological capital scale (PCQ 24), an r alpha value = 0.864 for the social support scale (MSPSS), an r alpha value = 0.966 after being tested for the subjective well scale -being. The description of the psychological capital variable is in the low category (55.8%), the social support variable is in the medium category (90.4%), and the subjective well-being variable is in the medium category (67.3%). The results of the analysis using the Pearson Product Moment analysis technique show that there is a significant positive relationship between psychological capital and subjective well-being, namely r=0.360, with a significance level of p= 0.009 (p<0.05), there is a significant positive relationship between social support and subjective well-being. -being is r=0.303, with a significance level of p= 0.000 (p>0.05), and through multiple linear regression analysis techniques the results show that the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.160 has a value of 16%, this value shows that the influence of psychological capital and support social influence on subjective well-being was 16%, while 84% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
