Abstract

Rizki Husnul Khotimah (41183403190025) The Effect of Intellectual Capital and CEO Characteristics on Sustainable Growth Rate. xiii + 86 pages + 17 tables + 7 figures + 12 attachments Keywords: Intellectual Capital, CEO Characteristics, CEO Age, CEO Remuneration, Sustainable Growth Rate. This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Capital Structural Capital, Employee Capital, CEO Age, and CEO Remuneration on Sustainable Growth Rate. This type of research is comparative causal quantitative research using secondary data from sample companies using measurements of human capital value, structural capital, capital employee, CEO age, CEO remuneration, and sustainable growth rate. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method, obtained 116 analysis units from 47 banking sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26. The results obtained from this study are human capital has a significant and positive effect on sustainable growth rate, structural capital has a significant and positive effect on sustainable growth rate, capital employed has no significant and negative effect on sustainable growth rate, CEO age has no significant and negative effect on sustainable growth rate even though the direction of the correlation is positive, and CEO remuneration has a significant and positive effect on sustainable growth rate. For future researchers, it is recommended to expand the object and year of research to get realistic and accurate results. In addition, the use of variables can also be expanded to produce a high correlation so that it can be an accurate consideration for the company. Bibliography: 78 (1976 - 2023)
