Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of job training and work environment on job performance at the Rawalumbu Sector Fire Department. The population of this study were employees of the Rawalumbu Fire Department. The sample of this research is 37 respondents. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. For data analysis using descriptive statistical tests and calculations using multiple linear regression analysis calculated using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions 25.0 (SPSS 25.0) program. Multiple regression Y = 19.135 + 0.612 (X1) + 0.328 (X2) + e. F test results count = 8.687 with a significance = 0.001 <0.05. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the t-test 1 of 0.612 with a significance value of 0.046 and the results of the t-test 2 of 0.328 with a significance value of 0.194, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The effect of job training and work environment on work performance at the Rawalumbu Sector Fire Service Office is 33.8% while the remaining 66.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as compensation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
