Abstract
ABSTRACT Health is a major need for humans if someone has good health then they can lead a normal life. In implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program, one of the objectives of this program is to reduce the infant mortality rate (IMR) listed in goals number 3, paragraph 2 which aims to ensure a healthy life and support welfare for all mankind with the aim of reducing infant mortality, in every country trying to reduce infant mortality, including in Indonesia, infant mortality is at least 12 per 1000 births. This study aims to analyze the quality of health services at the Sukatani Health Center in reducing infant mortality, to analyze the policy of the Bekasi District Government in allocating health budget funds to improve the quality of health services in reducing infant mortality in Bekasi District, to analyze the constraints of the Bekasi District Government in improving the quality of health services and reducing infant mortality. This research was conducted through qualitative methods with descriptive presentation and data collection obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of the study stated that the quality of health services at the Sukatani Health Center was still not effective in reducing infant mortality, there was a lack of community empowerment in infant health, and the budget allocation for health funds for Bekasi Regency was less than the target set nationally.
