Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is the company's policy towards economic development for the community, employees, and the government through empowerment programs. Activities that have three focuses of social responsibility include profit, people and planet. PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia, Tbk (Narogong Plant) is one of the companies implementing a CSR program in the Klapanunggal District area, so that through these activities the community around the company's location can develop their potential. The aim of the study was to determine the perceptions of the people of Klapanunggal District towards the CSR program of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia, Tbk (Narogong Plant). The research method uses descriptive quantitative through data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires which are strengthened by interviews. The theory used refers to the perceptions and stages of CSR including planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting. The results showed that the perception of the people of Klapanunggal District towards the CSR program had a significant effect because the path coefficient value was > 0 or 0.486 and the t-statistic > 1.96, which was 5.333 and p values <0.05, which was 0.000. Based on the implementation of the CSR program, the planning and evaluation process has a significant influence compared to implementation and reporting.
