Abstract

CV. Aneka Usaha Cipta Jaya is one of the companies that produces ogel-ogel which is a typical souvenir of Pemalang Regency. The more companies that enter the food and beverage business, of course, the company must increase consumer satisfaction with ogel-ogel products. This study aims to determine: (1) The general characteristics of consumers who buy ogel-ogel products at CV. Aneka Usaha Cipta Jaya; (2) The effect of product attributes on the index of consumer satisfaction with ogel-ogel products on CV. Aneka Usaha Cipta Jaya. This study uses a survey method. The data analysis tools used are descriptive analysis, CSI, and IPA. Based on the results of the CSI calculation, it can be seen that the CSI value is 86.31%. Based on the results of the IPA assessment, the average value of importance is 4.48 and the average value of performance is 4.59. Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, CSI, IPA, Ogel-ogel.
