Abstract
Angelica Richard Eka Putri. 41182933180028. Analysis of Business Management Strategy at BPRS Patriot Bekasi in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. Sharia Banking Study Program. Islamic University "45" Bekasi. 1444 H/2022 AD. 100 Pages. This research aims to answer a problem at BPRS Patriot Bekasi during the Covid-19 pandemic where BPRS Patriot Bekasi was able to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic by maximizing its business management as best as possible. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach to the research object. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with HR (Human Resources), Business Managers, Operational Division of PT. BPRS Patriot Bekasi, and documentation. Then it is processed and the findings of the results to obtain conclusions. The results showed that in carrying out the marketing management strategy of PT BPRS Patiot Bekasi in accordance with the STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) strategy, in the operational management of BPRS Patiot Bekasi it was able to retain its customers in the absence of a reduction in employees. Therefore, in business management, if the marketing management strategy, operational management strategy, and human resource management strategy are going well, other management should also be going well, because these management strategies will be interconnected, and vice versa.
