Abstract

Vehicle operational costs are the total costs incurred by road users with certain modes that are influenced by vehicle speed, the higher the speed, the lower the operational costs and vice versa. Lack of public awareness to use public transportation causes online vehicle users to increase every year. This condition is the reason for the need to conduct an analysis of (BOK) and (VOT) of public and online transportation. Comparison of BOK and VOT of sedan type public transportation and online vehicles on the Bogor - Bekasi route for 20 km is a choice for road users in choosing a fleet to be used for daily activities. In this study to determine the comparison of BOK and VOT of public transportation and online vehicles using the Bina Marga 2005 method and VOT analysis is calculated based on the average wage per person per month per kilometer. The results of the BOK analysis of public transportation and online transportation for the Cileungsi Market – Bekasi Terminal route with a distance of 20 km. On weekdays for city transportation 92, it was obtained at 7,675.06 Rp/km. And on holidays it was 7,675.06 Rp/km. While the K-11 co-operation on weekdays was 9,592.32 Rp/km. And on holidays it was 9,593.88 Rp/km. While online transportation on weekdays was 35,994.81 Rp/km. And on holidays it was 35,996.28 Rp/km. The VOT value for city transportation 92 with an average speed of 23.31 km/hour was 167,310.17 Rp/km/person/day. While the K-11 co-operation with an average speed of 19.85 km/hour was 196,473.55 Rp/km/person/day. Meanwhile, online transportation with an average speed of 25.32 km/h costs Rp 236,966.82/km/person/day. Keywords: Public and online transportation, BOK, VOT, Bina Marga Method 2005.
