Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, job promotions, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk. This is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk, located at Jl. Raya Narogong No. Km. 19, Pasir Angin, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency, West Java. The sample size was 155 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study used primary quantitative data collected through questionnaires and then processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 26.0. The analysis technique used was a multiple linear regression model. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive but insignificant effect (β1=0.197; tcount=1.905; sig=0.059) on employee work performance, job promotion has a positive and significant effect (β2=0.258; tcount=4.064; sig=0.000) on employee work performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect (β3=0.487; tcount=4.150; sig=0.000) on employee work performance. In addition, 45.8% of work performance can be influenced and obtained from training, job promotion, and work motivation, while the rest is explained by other variables outside the variables studied.
