Abstract
This thesis research aims to determine the Development Strategy of Batulayang Cisarua Tourism Village, Bogor Regency, what obstacles are faced and what efforts have been made to overcome these obstacles. The research method used is a qualitative method. Analysis and data collection techniques are studied through literature studies, observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses the Theory (Dare, 2006) with a total of 6 indicators, namely political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal. Based on the results of research on the development strategy of Cisarua Tourism Village, Bogor Regency in its development, Batulayang Tourism Village has been included in the classification of advanced tourism villages. This is because Batulayang tourism village has had full awareness of tourism potential including its development, has become a famous tourist destination and is visited by many tourists including foreign tourists, adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as tourism facilities, the community is able to manage tourism businesses. The Batulayang tourism village community has been able to carry out a tourism village development strategy that can be seen from 6 indicators, namely political factors, economic factors, social factors, technological factors, environmental factors and legal factors.
