Abstract
Hanny Adhira Sobri. 41182911180037. The Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Overcoming Students' Learning Difficulties in Class VI Moral Creed Subjects at MI Raudhatul Amal. Islamic Religious Education Study Program. Faculty of Islamic Religion. Islamic University “45” Bekasi. 2025 AD/1446 H. The learning activities carried out by students are not always smooth and as expected. Sometimes they experience difficulties or obstacles in the process of learning the Aqidah Akhlak. But not all students experience learning difficulties in the Aqidah Akhlak subject. Students experience various learning difficulties in the Aqidah Akhlak subject, including: difficulties in reading, writing Arabic letters, memorizing hadiths or propositions from verses of the Koran, as well as a lack of understanding and application of the material. In every teaching and learning process activity, PAI teachers always try to provide the best for their students by choosing good learning methods and approaches, so that students are motivated to always be diligent, enthusiastic and diligent in learning. This research aims to find out how important the role of PAI teachers is in overcoming students' learning difficulties in the class VI Aqidah Akhlak subject at MI Raudhatul Amal. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that PAI teachers play an important role as role models, advisors and supervisors in helping students who experience learning difficulties. Factors that cause learning difficulties include a lack of understanding of concepts, low motivation to learn, and minimal support from the family environment. Teachers overcome this with an individual approach, intensive communication with parents, and the use of active and fun learning methods. This research emphasizes the important role of teachers in creating a conducive learning atmosphere and supporting student character development.
