Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, product quality, and perceived price on repurchase intention of metal processing products at CV Tri Tunggal Tehnik Jaya. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with a purposive sampling type. The sample size is 89 respondents, with the criteria of having made purchases at least twice. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Squares (PLS) operated through Smart PLS 3.2.9 software through the stages of testing the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it was found that service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Product quality also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Perceived price has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. The R square value for the variables of service quality, product quality, and perceived price contributes to the influence on repurchase intention by 0.733 or 73.3%, while 26.7% is influenced by other variables outside of the studied variables. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that to maintain customer repurchase intention, it is recommended to maximize service quality, product quality, and perceived price that meet customer expectations.
